That is why we will work with you to create a custom plan that fits your family's needs and budget. If your loved one simply needs someone to check in on them once a week, we can do that. Light Housekeeping

Part of living safely at home is ensuring that your environment is clean and free of clutter. We perform light houskeeping duties including laundry to enable you to navigate within your living space.

Personal Care & Grooming

It can become increasingly difficult to manage some of the tasks we take for granted. Some may just need a gentle reminder and others may require more assistance, we are here to help whatever the case. We also assist in medication reminders.

Meal Planning and Preparation

Although we tend to spend less time in the kitchen preparing meals, we still desire and need meals that are balanced and delicious. We can help plan menus, grocery lists, and even prepare the meals for you to heat up throughout the week.

Companion Care

Social engagement and connection is crucial to meaningful living. At ALH we provide companion care so that our clients can continue to live at home while getting the social interaction they need and want.

Transportation

The lack of transportation can often feel like a limitation on independence, let us be your wheels and escort. Whether it is a doctor's appointment, a haircut, or some light shopping, let ALH do the driving... we'll even carry the bags!

Respite Care

It is often difficult for caregivers to take a break and have some quiet time themselves. At ALH we also provide a little help to the caregivers so you can be assured that your loved one is safe in our care.

Dementia Care

Dementia Care in any form presents it's own unique challenges for seniors and their caregivers. Our staff has been specifically trained and certified in caring for clients diagnosed with some form of Dementia and the support of their caregivers. Let us lighten the load.
